Presently, the following QI projects are completed and two more are in pipeline after the QI workshop

1. Decrease the proportion of neonates with hypothermia in postnatal wards of IGMH hospital IGMH, Male, Maldives
2. Increase the percentage of discharged patients who leave the ward within 4 hours of discharge advice from17.6% to 50% by 4 weeks.
